Senior Commercial Manager - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane
As a Senior Commercial Manager, you’ll take responsibility for leading commercial strategy, supporting major transport infrastructure delivery, and managing contractual and commercial processes to support project success. You’ll play a key role in providing commercial leadership across complex projects while working closely with delivery teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead contractual, claims and commercial management for major transport infrastructure projects
- Prepare and manage commercial reporting, contract administration and compliance documentation
- Work across project delivery phases, supporting risk management, financial reporting and stakeholder coordination
Contract Administrator - North Sydney, NSW
Play a hands-on role supporting CJC’s legal and commercial functions across major infrastructure projects. Based in North Sydney, you’ll assist with contract preparation, compliance processes, and project cost tracking, working closely with the General Counsel and wider commercial team to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review contracts, RFQs, and variation notices in collaboration with project teams
Maintain commercial registers and support cost tracking and compliance activities
Provide administrative and secretariat support across legal and commercial functions
