It is an exciting time, as our business grows, and we expand into other territories and continue to work on interesting, complex and rewarding projects with fantastic clients and partners. It’s more important than ever that we ensure coordination across our diverse teams. We foster and prioritise transparent and consistent communication to understand our objectives and processes. Together we discover how we can overcome any challenges ahead.
At the beginning of February, we gathered colleagues from our offices and project sites, bringing our teams together for our Quarterly Update.
These updates give us the valuable opportunity to reflect on achievements, align our goals, and set the course for the months ahead. We ensure everyone is equipped to drive success for our clients. With a fantastic 2024 behind us, 2025 is already an exciting year.
We heard from various leaders across the business, who shared their visions for 2025, to align our thinking around greater opportunities for cross-discipline collaboration, and illustrate the new ways in which we can support our valued clients.

A highlight was an insightful presentation by our Digital Construction team, showcasing their expertise in this rapidly evolving and increasingly valuable area. Digital construction employs innovative techniques and processes and drives growth and transformation within our business. In addition, it also delivers forward-thinking solutions that bring real value to our clients, enhancing project efficiency, safety, and stakeholder engagement outcomes.
Taking a moment from strategic discussions, we had the privilege of learning from Ray Good from The Good Place. Ray’s session on mindfulness and focus offered simple yet powerful techniques to enhance productivity and well-being. As a former top 100 DJ, Ray knows a thing or two about balancing noise with moments of silence.
Our greatest strength is our people, and this Quarterly Update was a great reminder of that. The day concluded with a well-earned dinner, providing an opportunity for the team to reconnect and strengthen relationships.
