Overview
The Brisbane Airport project involved the design, construction, operation and maintenance associated with the upgrade of the existing Baggage Handling System for both the International and Domestic Terminals to cater for new security requirements.
CJC’s Role
CJC Management was engaged to provide specialist advisory services for the tender phase of the works, this included commercial reviews, commercial negotiations, contract review, tender assessments and general project advisory to engage the preferred contractor. The services will continue into the delivery phase of the project.
