Position Summary:

CJC Management is seeking a skilled and motivated Bid Coordinator to support our business development efforts across infrastructure, engineering and construction projects. You will play a key role in preparing and coordinating high-quality tenders, proposals and presentations that showcase our technical expertise and client-focused approach.

 

This role will suit someone with experience in bid coordination, proposals or tendering, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with technical experts and stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, review and respond to tender opportunities across relevant sectors

  • Coordinate inputs from technical teams to develop clear, accurate and persuasive proposals

  • Manage the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring on-time delivery and client alignment

  • Translate technical information into compelling, client-focused content

  • Review submissions to ensure accuracy, clarity and professionalism

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and partners

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in bid coordination, proposal writing or tender development

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bid coordination, proposal writing or tender development

  • Background in infrastructure, engineering or construction highly regarded

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, able to juggle multiple deadlines

  • Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels

  • Knowledge of tendering processes, compliance frameworks and industry standards

  • Australian work rights are required for this position
