About the Role

CJC Management is seeking a Project Manager to support airport, ports and infrastructure projects across Queensland. This role sits within a practical advisory and project delivery environment, supporting planning, procurement, construction and handover activities.

The role is suited to someone with infrastructure project management experience who can coordinate consultants, contractors, operators and client stakeholders. Experience in aviation, airports, ports, transport or regional infrastructure will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned airport, port or regional infrastructure project scopes.
• Support planning, design coordination, procurement and construction delivery.
• Manage programme, budget, reporting, risks and project actions.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, operators and client representatives.
• Support airport compliance, operational interface and infrastructure planning activities.
• Assist with master planning, capital works and asset development projects.
• Prepare reports, meeting packs, project documentation and stakeholder updates.
• Track project milestones, approvals, dependencies and delivery risks.
• Support site inspections, project meetings and delivery reviews.
• Contribute to practical, compliant and well-coordinated infrastructure outcomes.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Aviation Management or a related discipline.
• Experience in infrastructure, aviation, ports, transport, construction or project management.
• Strong coordination, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of project delivery, procurement, design and construction interfaces.
• Ability to work with consultants, contractors, operators and public-sector stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable working across regional Queensland projects where required.
• Practical, organised and able to operate in small advisory and delivery teams.
