Position Summary:

We’re seeking a Commercial Manager to join our innovative, industry-leading team working on one of Australia’s most high-profile transport projects. Opportunities available in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all contractual and commercial functions including administration, claims management, and compliance.
• Apply strong strategic and commercial thinking to manage short- and long-term project goals.
• Proactive risk management approach to identify and anticipate current and potential risks, input them into ARM, develop risk mitigation strategies as required and attend project risk meetings for the SRA/QRA
• Oversee financial and project reporting, preparing key documentation and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with delivery and completions teams to ensure project success.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• You’re an experienced Commercial Manager (or in a similar role) with:

• Proven success managing Principal-Contractor relationships and PPP model contracts.

• Strong understanding of complex commercial contracts and relevant legislation.

• Experience drafting and negotiating high-value contracts and interpreting financial data.

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to seek expert advice when needed.

• Stakeholder management skills.
