Scope
CJC Management was contracted by the Airport Authority Cook Islands (AACI) to undertake a critical evaluation of recent infrastructure developments at Rarotonga International Airport (RAR).
Our scope included a desktop review and on-site inspections, specifically focusing on the airport’s recent concrete slab replacements.
CJC Airports, provided a detailed review of the runway slab replacement project and conducted a comprehensive assessment of the runway condition.

This report is designed to assist AACI in future projects, ensuring the adoption of best practices in maintaining and improving the airport infrastructure.
