Scope
The existing M4 Motorway was extended with twin tunnels from Homebush to Haberfield, providing a bypass of Parramatta Road and connection to the City West Link.
CJC role
CJC was engaged to provide construction phase project management expertise to support the Sydney Motorway Corporation team deliver the project.
Roles we performed included Assistant Construction Manager, Quality Manager, General Site Surveillance Officers, Technical Site Surveillance Officers and Safety Surveillance Officers.
CJC personnel were embedded with the Sydney Motorway Corporation team for the duration of the project and delivered core responsibilities and tasks from the start to completion of the project.
