Celebrating 12 years of Progress: The Evolution of CJC Management

This year as we celebrate 12 years of CJC Management, we are taking the opportunity to reflect and give thanks to all of those who have been part of our journey. 

From our establishment in 2011 by Colin Calder, to our current position as a key force in driving the infrastructure sector, CJC’s beginnings were motivated by excellence and innovation – underpinned by "experience that delivers".  

Starting out as bridge specialists and quickly expanding into marine, defence, rail, road, tunnelling and more, our growth into various sectors reflects our team's diverse experience and commitment to applying their skillset across some of the most challenging projects around the world.  

As we expanded, we took on key landmark projects such as the WestConnex 1A M4 Widening, Sydney Metro Northwest, and the Osborne Naval Shipyard, to name a few.  

Moving into our second decade, our footprint has expanded significantly globally, offering a wealth of global expertise across 10 international offices including Australia, New Zealand, South America, North America, Europe and the United Arab Emirates. This international expansion has enabled us to bring global best practices to every project and is crucial to our objectives moving forward. 

Our journey is also one centered around our people. Our experience, highly motivated, and driven team ensures we can be confident in saying our people are our most valuable asset. Their expertise and dedication are what allow us to undertake and excel in projects of all scales, from $50,000 to $3 billion+. 

As we look to the future, we're excited about the opportunities and challenges ahead. Our ongoing expansion, the engagement in new sectors, and the continuous evolution of our services are driven by the same commitment to excellence that has been our aim from the start.
