Project Controls

CJC personnel have extensive experience across all areas of project controls including cost control, risk management, procurement, commercial management and change management. Our personnel know from experience that, across small and large projects, without effective controls, there may be unexpected delays, additional costs or unforeseen circumstances. Through our experience implementing project controls, we competently execute these processes to minimise the likelihood of these risks affecting project success.

Project controls include iterative processes such as gathering data and management/analytical processes that measure project status and constructively influence the program and cost outcomes. The information gathered from these processes is used to inform effective management and decision making, positively influencing project success.
